Our crew did very good work and were very attentive to our needs and wishes. They were very clean/neat. Our only issues were with a couple of subcontractors they used. The crew they used to do our sidewalk out front ran out of concrete and did not have a second truck to finish the job until hours later and thus there is a very noticeable shift from the old to the new, with the concrete being different colors and there being a ragged joint (they didn’t even stop it at a planned joint.) In addition, they didn’t make a clean transition from the concrete of the wall to the asphalt of the driveway. Finally, they used a glossy sealer on the walk when we requested flat. The subcontractor they used to replace our guest bathroom countertop said he would have his crew cut the wallpaper so there would be a clean cut when the backsplash met it. The crew did not do this and tore the wallpaper off in a couple of places. They redid the backsplash taller to cover most of this but there are still a couple of places where the wallpaper is torn off the wall. Finally, the HVAC crew who put a mini-split in one of the rooms had to make three trips, and finally (a month or so later) delivered the remote, but did not include the instructions for painting and use.) We were very pleased with all the rest of the work they did. We basically had the same crew do the rest of the work and enjoyed working with them (Mike and Cassie). Robbie, our supervisor, took very good care of us and kept things moving along. We also enjoyed working with Daniel, who coordinated everything. The only increases in cost were for a few extra things we asked them to do along the way. We wholeheartedly recommend Blue Ridge for home restoration and construction!
