      1 - Placed order on 6/9/22 and was instructed to send a payment via GooglePay. 2- Sent payment with Invoice and heard back a few days later that the payment "failed" and to send again. 3 - Resent payment only to find the first cleared my checking account (the second did as well 4 - requested refund of one of the payments 5 - Treeseeds went radio silent and does not respond to any communications.6 - treeseeds.com website goes down for "maintenance"7 - as of 7/7/22 treeseeds.com website comes back but is a completely different site with no products listed (and apparently a different type of product/site). Site appears sophisticated enough to have a chat bot.I still have not heard back from them and at this point it appears that it may be actual theft/scamming going on.

      I purchased $40 in seed May 14. I received a conformation email right away confirming my order. I paid through Zelle. I thought it was odd that Zelle and cashapp were the only payment methods available. But I continued with my order. I previously ordered from this company and from what I can remember It took a very long time but eventually came. The website indicates up to 8 days to process. Today is 6/13/22 no word. I have responded to the shipping conformation email and did not get a response. I sent several emails to their email address, and received no response. I called the phone number multiple times and a recording says the mailbox is full, or a loud screeching sound then the call is immediately disconnected. It appears to be an effort to intentionally be unavailable once your money has been collected.

      I placed an order on 04/20/2022 for 5 different types of tree seeds from treeseeds.com. After placing the order, I immediately received an email requesting payment via Venmo. I made the payment via Venmo and the funds were immediately withdrawn from my account. Another email was received shortly after stating a status change from pending payment to awaiting fulfillment on my order. I have made several attempts to contact the business via phone number and their contact us section. It is now 05/26/2022 and I still havent heard anything back from them. I will be uploading supporting documents to the BBB for their own investigation/verification of the scam this website is pulling on people. I want the seeds, a refund and someone from the business to call me back to inform me why or what is going on with them. I shouldve known something was up when I read how cheap the seeds were but if they get 10$ from ***** people, thats $10,000 in their pockets and all of us are scammed.

      I placed a order for seeds and have not received my order. The company has taken full payment and will not return a phone call or email. I just wish people would work as hard to be honest as they do to being a fraud.

      I made an online purchase from Treeseeds.com which appears to be based in *******. The item never arrived and the business' website was taken down.

      I placed an order online for 500 Colorado Blue Spruce seeds on 1/4/2022. I immediately received a confirmation email with my Order #***** with specific instructions to pay for the order via Venmo, which I did. The money was deducted immediately from my account ($18.50). I never received the order. I emailed them and got no response. Venmo won't protect me and now their website is gone. I wish I had read their reviews online prior to ordering. I am upset. I realize it's a small amount but I do not like being scammed. I would like a refund from the company.

      Ordered Norway Spruce Tree seeds from TreeSeeds.com on 12/8/21.Received order confirmation, #*****.Payment of $10 for seeds and $3.50 for shipping through Venmo on 12/8 with shipping within three to five days.Contacted TreeSeeds.com via email various times with no response.Now the website is gone.Scam site obviously.Would request either fulfillment of order or return of my $13.50.
