I placed an order for plant seeds and paid through Venmo. I never received my order and the company kept sending me a request for additional payment, claiming they never received the payment. I confirmed with Venmo that they received the payment. I have requested a refund through Venmo and received no response.Initial Complaint

Treeseed.com took my payment and never sent a product. I paid $28.50 for tree seed on 12/19/21, order #*****. I paid through Venmo which is connected my old email address ************************** I included screenshots of my bank account and Venmo account and order from treeseed.com ************ is still taking mother peoples money and even has an account on Etsy. I ordered seeds from this company that I never received. I got an email that the status of my order changed to awaiting fulfillment. Four months have transpired and I have received nothing and I have not been able to communicate with anyone at treeseeds.com. I subsequently was charged two times for $200 from this company in addition to my original purchase price with not indication from the company that I had been charged or why.Initial Complaint

On October 18th, 2021, I ordered a packet of birch seeds and a packet of colorado blue spruce seeds from treeseeds.com for the price of $5.50 USD. My order number was #*****. Two days later I received an email stating that my order was awaiting fulfillment. This was the last time I was in contact with this business. The website states that all orders take 2 weeks for fulfillment so, I expected it to take a while. After a month, I began to have concerns about my order and finally on December 2nd, 2021, I called the number listed and left a message with my name and phone number requesting an update on the status of my order. Two weeks from my phone call passed without contact so I also submitted my information through the website's online form. On Monday, December the 20th, I sent and email directly to info@treeseeds.com and recieved no reply.Initial Complaint

I ordered and paid for seeds on 11/39/21. I paid $15.50 through Cash App as the company directs. The order went to awaiting fulfillment on Dec 1, and it has not moved since then. I have sent 4-5 emails - some via their contact us link, some in reply to my confirmation email. Nothing has been responded to. I have also called and left voice mails three business days in a row, no one has called back. Looks like I fell prey to the same scam many many others have. Im fortunate mine was a small order, and I feel awful for those who have lost hundreds to this scam site. They need to be shut down. Theres no way to pay for an order now other than through cash app or Venmo, obviously because those payment types offer no protections and you cannot dispute charges to get your money back. That should have been a red flag, but I fell for it.
