Mid December 2021 I went into the salon to purchase 2 gift certificates for Christmas presents. One for 125.00 another for 97.00. Gave me the certificates. Did not tell me of any policy or terms of the certificates nor is there anything posted. Gave certificates as Christmas presents. Unfortunately my daughter threw hers away with the Christmas paper. Went into salon January 4 2022. Asked if there was any way to track the certificate and replace it. I was told they get this all the time. There nothing they can do. They are very sorry. I take full responsibility for losing it. But they need to make people aware of the policy during purchase. I want the service I paid for to be done. However if they don’t want to be professional about it I want my money back.

Purchased 2 gift certificates that day. One for a wellness package and one for a nature package. Serial number for the lost certificate will be either one above or one below the number of the certificate that I still have, see attached.
