            The stars don't go low enough. How is minus 5? Went there Friday night. Party of 2. My husband's burger came out 10 minutes prior to my grilled chicken. His fries and my entire meal had to be returned because they were cold to touch. My meal went back three times, still cold. Potato would not even melt better after being "heated" up three times. The chicken was tough, needed a steak knife to cut it, which I did not have. Only had a bread and butter knife. The restaurant was noisy, with children running and screaming. Paid the bill, told the cashier the meal was horrendous. She brought out the owner. The owner said the meal was cooked to "industry standards". She was then asked how long the food sat to get cold. She stomped away, said to pay the bill. The food was not even fit for pig slop. Hope the owner drags the restaurant into the ground with her.

            This couple was brought to my attention as soon as she said the chicken breast was not hot enough. I immediately temp the chicken and it was hot enough but still put it back on the grill to make her happy. Her husband was served at the same time and we were not given any complaints from him or his meal and his plate was empty when it was removed from the table. The Lady on the other hand was given a choice for us to prepare her something else and she said no and ate 1/2 her chicken and all of her baked potato. She asked for a togo box to put her half of the chicken breast in to take home to eat. I spoke with this lady and tried to make her happy but felt we could not. If she was unhappy with the food why did she eat it. The response about children running around, we are a family restaurant and welcome kids so sorry she feels that way. Some people do eat there meals then complain just to get a free meal. It was a night that we were packed so sorry noise was a problem.
