BEWARE OF THE MONEY GRAB! I've had my dogs for 7 years and moved crossed country many times. I have NEVER been met with such pressure to spend money by withholding protection for my pet. I was stationed here in Morgantown for school and this place was the closest to me for vet care. I had nice encounters UNTIL I requested to get my pup's heartworm, flea and tick perscription so I could buy elsewhere. They pushed buying through them. All good UNTIL I wanted to buy my pup's perscription for the rest of the year since I am MOVING in Dec. It was a nightmare and they USED THE PERSCRIPTION AS LEVERAGE AND tried to make me come in AND PAY FOR ANOTHER DOCTORS VISIT that wasn't necessary since I just had one in April! After speaking to the supervisor now two different times on two different days and email receipts to prove it... I FINALLY got the rest of my pup's monthly heartworm, flea and tick perscription and bought with someone else and told this whole thing was ** them I wouldn't be returning to their money sucking establishment only to get a nasty letter from them weeks later "terminating their services with me". Because I called yall out and was angry with the situation? The receptionist Adrianna didn't even listen after I told her this was ** and started talking over me. ***** Good riddens. Don't let them pressure you into anything you don't want them to do!
