              I had a lease vehicle from this company . At the beginning of the lease I was lied to by there staff saying I can trade my car in after 6 months for something larger , when i asked to do that customer agent riki threatened me with legal action . Then I tried to return the lease early for a penalty , once again Riki says there company doesn't allow it and I’d be legally sued , yet when my lawyer called and spoke about a early termination they allow it . Then graham the manager knew I being ******* by there company and instead of helping made a verbal agreement and then lied . Told me to purposely open a *** claim and during that claim I didn’t have to make payments no mention of repayment . Then my vehicle was written off and I was called a liar to the whereabouts my vehicle was while it was in possession of **** hands . Then when they got the cheque from insurance agent for it being written off they never provided me any documents or proof of what was owed on the vehicle and only had the car 12 months yet took payment for the full 3 year term with interest . **** **** *** ***** **** ***** ********* * Also told me my missed payments were not being reported monthly yet they were when he told me I didn’t have to pay .

              I closed and signed a car lease agreement with MFI. After 3 years of very hard work, I am now considering buying out my car. Here are the shocking numbers. Start of contract: Car value $ 12,000, I paid approx $15,300 to MFI during almost 3 years. 34 payment they say of $450mo. The payout value to MFI is now $ 10,000 (termination penalty of $ 549 may or may not be included). That means from $ 15,300 I paid only $3,300 went towards the value of my car. Approx $12,000 went into interest, profits, fees and taxes. I feel to be taken advantage of. They will not provide statements, this is not a true lease. The are taking advantage of people ** ***** ******** ******* ** ****** **** **** ** ** ******* **** ** **** ***** *** ** ***** **** ********* ***********

Despite our best efforts to respond to your high number of requests and also high volume of returned lease payments, we continue to respond to you in good faith. At any point we will be pleased to assist you to pay out your lease and to move to another company for your future vehicle needs.
