So this company has offers on it which they advertise for you to download in order to earn money. Ive downloaded games from this company, spent hours and hours, sent all the proof of completion asked and then they still have the nerve to deny sending any money I worked for. Not only that, they go as far as saying I have never downloaded the game. I feel scammed.Business response

Hello, I downloaded the whale io mission for the first time, registered, deposited 25 dollars and reached level 7, but I did not receive the reward. I opened a ticket, you rejected it. I have completed the task completely. You are a big company, 30 dollars is not a big money for you, but I am a student and I needed this money. I believed and trusted you. I have all the evidence, I completed the mission. This does not suit a big company like you. The advertiser is literally deceiving people, I have completed the task, I am not lying to you.Business response

Started a revU gem mission called merge dragons on ********, upon completing the requirements for the mission (which included spending money on the app) I was getting error code ***** which their support told me meant I was banned but I havent gotten an answer as to why I was banned. I did everything specified to get the rewards and that is the only mission I have done.Business response

I have not used any VPN to enhance completing missions as I am unaware of how to even use a VPN. This may be a misunderstanding due to connecting to WiFi at work. I work at an Amazon fulfillment center and have to connect to the WiFi there to have any service. Their WiFi is set to block certain IP addresses and may look like a VPN. If this is the case, I can refrain from connecting to the WiFi at work so this does not happen again. Outside of utilizing their WiFi, I have not used any VPN’s on any of my devices as I do not know how to.Business response

I sent an email showing the 30 hours that I put into the game. I can send screenshots showing the money I put into the game if needed as well. And again, the only time I ever used a spoofing app or anything like that was over 3 years ago on a different device for Pokémon go. On 8/4/2024 I clicked through the recu page for an offer from dollar shave club paying ****** gold in Game of *************** After recirculation my order from DSC I submitted a ticket to Revu because I had not been awarded the gold. **** denied my claim even though I submitted the order number and they iffer no followup solutions. The company is quite dismissive of customers even though the customers have held up their end of the bargain.Business response

Revenue Universe provides advertising services to a mobile game I play which is Game of Thrones Conquest. In their Offer Wall, they offer different services, where you can sign up for different services or purchase things from other companies, in exchange they give you in game currency. I recently found that they had an offer that I liked, which was to create a CoinBase account and get it verified, in which they will give you ******* in game coins. Then I got another offer which said if I purchase and trade a minimum of $5.00 USD on CoinBase they will give an additional ******* in game coins, which I also did. They paid me the ******* for getting my CoinBase, however after 7 days of waiting for my additional ******* gold coins, it appears as if I never did it. I tried submitting the proof through their website but it continues declining me. In addition, I have tried contacting them through the only source they have available which is via email.Business response

Hi,I completed an offer for ***** Treasure Hunter Keys on Runescape 3. The offer required installing a mobile app, "Mafia City", and reaching "Mansion Level 25" in the game within a 30 day period. For context, I have completed multiple other offers for apps and was credited by RevU appropriately. However, in this case, it took weeks to get a response by the advertiser and the request was denied, citing "Reason: Per Advertiser Review, user is not referred by RevU and is not eligible for a reward - different referral ID per advertiser.".I do not utilize other "offer wall" services such as Swagbucks, and use RevU exclusively for in-game content for Runescape 3. I followed all procedures for installing the application, including scanning a provided QR code to establish referral tracking, as well as allowing the app to track my activities. I have also linked my App Store account to the app to assist with referral tracking. In order to achieve the Mansion Level 25 requirement, I spent over $100 USD in order to progress my account, completing the requirements within a few days. Timestamps for me clicking the link are shown in the Offer Wall, and my Customer ID is attached to this message. Additionally, I have added the screenshots from the original report as well as additional screenshots in supporting evidence.The advertiser has provided a false reasoning for denying my request, claiming that I used a different advertiser as aforementioned. I request that Revenue Universe engage with the representative(s) associated with Mafia City in order to identify the discrepancy as to why my request was denied. I have sent e-mails to RevU and ***** ******** for Runescape 3) to ensure all parties are aware of the issue. Upon adequate resolution, I will mark this complaint as solved where applicable. I apologize for any inconvenience from my potential overcommunication, but the RevU site stated "We are unable to assist via e-mail." so I wanted to write here too.Thank you.Business response

I completed an offer on 07/04 within all the parameters for the reward. I was not credited so I waited 48+ hours and then submitted a report to them with all the relevant information. FOUR weeks later I received a reply stating "Request Denied Reason: Per Advertiser Review, user is not referred by RevU and is not eligible for a reward - different referral ID per advertiser." I spent quite a bit of money to complete this offer and am severely disappointed with the company for not being able to give me the credit and am feeling ripped off. I am simply looking to get credited for the offer as I should have been several weeks ago. I have done several offers through you and this is the first time I am being cheated. I DID in fact click the link through the RevU portal and followed all the same steps as I have with all the previous offers I fulfilled.Business response

We follow up with the advertisers every few days after they've had the file for a week or so. Because we have to submit the requests in batches, they review all that are in for a time frame at once and return the file. This helps keep any from being overlooked.
