            Original Date of transaction: 6/15/2023 Last Contact:08/11/2023 Amount: $2015 Nature of Dispute: We purchased an extended Warranty from **** Protect and paid in full $2015. When we decided to cancel the contract we were continually told that the policy was not paid in full and we were referred to "Budco". At no time were we told we were dealing with any company other than ****. We subsequently received a check from Budco Financial. We did not cash it as our credit card company had already refunded the amount.Called Budco Financial as I was concerned about why we were dealing with Budco when we called ****. Budco Representative "Jaqui" kept telling it was because we were financing the contract. We paid the contract in full. When I tried to express my concerns about doing business with a company I never heard of , ***** just kept repeating the same line and hung up on me.

            I bought the warranty July ******************* ****** . My *********** few times since I bought the warranty and warranty company said is not cover everytime my vehicle break is not cover , this warranty company is NOT recommending bad company. I bought the best warranty but cover nothing when the vhicule break down
