      September 17th around 15:00 i ordered a product.About 15 minutes later I sent a cancelation request through their website customer service.I didn't get a confirmation email I sent a request so 3 hours later I sent an email request.I asked to cancel on the 17th, 19th and 23rd I never received a response and the product was shipped anyway

      I purchased my blue and black xl550 chair October 2023 and my chair started to break June 2024. I've made over 6 attempts to contact the company including several phone calls to get in touch with anyone in customer service and they have none. They do have an individual that has replied ***************** to my emails. I've given pictures and short video of my chair leaning back and to the right with extensive frame damage just before the reclining lever. Damage is on both sides but the right is the worst. I was lucky I found my order number from a screenshot because their website no longer had my purchase which was the first red flag.

      Then when I finally received the bad news on the 12th of July that my chair: "From the video, it's clear that the chair tilts to the right when reclined. After thorough examination, we found that the constant friction between the right angle adjuster and the right seat during over a long period of time caused the seat to break, leading to the chair tilting to the right. This type of breakage is not covered under our warranty.The chair has a 5 year warranty and after the response I checked customer reviews and their site has ********* reviews which doesn't make any sense. I then checked ******* and Reddit and there lies the true history. There are customers with the exact same issue with their chairs with pictures even. And they were all denied warranty like me.There has to something that we can do. There is no one to contact and talk to in person from the number on their website they do not answer the phones. And the emails are not responded to in a timely manner. They do not have a legit online instant messaging system.This company wreaks of warranty scam. Their box indicates ******* cycle testing for reclining which in no way anyone could do in less than a year especially someone like me that doesn't even use the recline feature.

      I purchased a chair from E-Win Racing without looking here first. They tried to solicit a "positive" review with the promise of extending my warranty. I'm glad I said no since there has bee no warranty to speak of since the purchase. I reached out about a broken base and they said the wheel I upgraded to caused the problem and it's not their issue. After i fixed that issue out of my own pocket the frame broke a few months later under normal use conditions. I reached out about this problem and they said "after our thorough assessment of the issue we will not cover it" I have not sent 2 emails trying to get more information on this and they are not answering the messages. When I looked on their website to see the reviews and write one they have over 900 5 start reviews with nothing less than that. It's upsetting that I was so naive about using them, but I hope this can help someone else avoid wasting their money.

      Purchased chair from E-win Racing (beginning of December) because they are built for bigger people. It was to be a Christmas gift. Spent $557.28. Chair arrived and box was mangled. Opened box and found out left armrest piece was broken. Contacted company and was told they would ship the replacement part immediately. Received tracking and part shipped. Part never arrived. Business claims Fed-Ex “lost” the package. Then i was told another part would ship after the first of the year……..that came and went. I checked back in in February. I was told they would be receiving the replacement part by the end of March. Checked back in and all that was asked was to provide the current address. So I did….and I haven’t heard or received anything since. Just send new email inquiring about the status today. Have heard nothing!

      We've been in touch with the customer about the damage to the armrest, which unfortunately occurred during FedEx's handling. The replacement left armrest is expected to be available by late May. As soon as it arrives, we will promptly ship the accessory to the customer. Additionally, to express our apologies for the wait and as a gesture of goodwill, we will provide a complimentary floor mat valued at $60 to the customer.

      I am rejecting this response because: I want to wait and see if what you claim you will be doing will actually happen.  I was only given 7 days to respond to this message and what the company claims to be doing will happen after 7 days from now.  So I would like this case to remain open till action actually happens and I have the armrest in hand.

      I ordered a chair on 2/10/24 and it has not arrived nor has it shipped. According to the website, "We ship all orders 1 to 3 business days after we receive the payment and you should expect to receive the item in the next 2 to 7 business days when the order is marked as Shipped (depends of the shipping address)." On 2/24/2024 I still had not received my chair nor received any correspondence so I submitted a complaint on their website asking them to return my money. They responded to my complaint saying that the chair I had ordered was out of stock and that they had emailed me about this (they had not). I asked for a refund but still have not received my money. I emailed them to complain and they claim that they already sent out the white chair, which I did not agree to, and asked if I had received the shipping details. I of course have not received any shipping details and they still refuse to refund my money. It is now 4/6/2024.

      I purchased a gaming chair from eWinRacing (www.ewinracing.com) on 12/3/23 for $439.03, model # **************. Upon receipt of the chair and assembly, the chair design was faulty. The chair easily tipped over numerous times, even though they claim it is designed for people weighing 550lbs, I only weigh 170lbs. The wheelbase design is too small for the size of the seat area and the base position is not centered on the seat, causing the tipping problem. I notified the company and after a considerable number of emails, the company provided me with the return address, but refused to pay for the shipping cost. They wanted me to hire an expert to evaluate the chair and prove it was a faulty design. They claimed that the chair has passed all safety inspections, and the certifications were on their website for review. I was unable to locate ANY certifications for the chair I purchased, only older design models, not for heavy weight persons. The company fails to acknowledge the design flaw and I was required to pay for return shipping in the amount of $112.00. They claim the chair has passed all certifications, and claim the certifications are on their website. I advised them the certification on their website is old and not for the “new model chair” I bought. They fail to provide an actual certification that the chair is safe. The chair was shipped back to their warehouse on 12/13/23 and received on Friday 12/15/23. I contacted them several times inquiring about my refund and they keep saying a credit will be issued. A refund was issued by PayPal for the cost of the chair but not the return shipping cost. I am seeking a refund for the cost of the return shipping in the amount of $112.00. The refund of the chair has been completed. The Ohio BBB needs to take aggressive action and report this company to the proper Federal authorities to stop all imports of these defective chairs, before someone gets seriously injured.

      Hello BBB, This is the review I wrote on Googl"This is about the worse company I ever had to deal with in my life. First, I had ordered a gaming table with them for $353. I called within 20 minutes to cancel the order became I rather had gotten the bundle which included a chair for a better deal. They sent me an email that said it would take 1 to two hours to cancel the order. Fast forward a week. They go ahead and send me the table anyways even though I cancelled! And they didn’t give me a refund on the order! I emailed them about the table and they said they were waiting for me to make the order on the bundle. They agreed to send me just the chair only. I ordered the bundle and the chair through a different creditor, which costed about $600. But still no refund on the credit card I used to order the table. Fast forward a few more days, I put the table together and the quality is crap. Table looks cheap, comparing it to the Office Depot table from RS Gaming. And the lights, cannot control them. I messaged them(within the 14 day return policy) a few times before they answered and they said I could return the product but would have to ship the product all the way back to Ohio! The chair alone cost $212 to ship back. As of today, I have no resolution from them on how to proceed. Avoid this company at all cost!!" They eventually gave me my money back for the chair but not the table. I sent both products back. I asked them many time to refund me but they say it's in claims. Please read email chain. I am fed up with this company. I would like it if they gave me a refund for the cost of shipping also for delivery a poor quality and overpriced product. The table was not worth $353.       Christmas 2017 I received a large size 450 lb ewinracing chair as a gift. In July 2023 I emailed ewinracing and coveted that the gas lift in the chair was inoperable. After numerous emails I paid $45.00 ($30.00 for lift and $15.00 for shipping) to ewinracing for a new gas lift. Eventually I received a lift which was too small. Ewinracing related the lift I need is out of stock and they will ship one to me when received. On 12/05/23 I received a second lift which was the same as the first, too small. I again emailed ewinracing who said the lift is the only one they carry and it will fit my chair. I assure you it does not fit my chair. Also, ewinracing continues to sell various size and weight rated chairs. I wouldn't think the gas lifts are all the same. There has been numerous email correspondence sent be myself. When responded to they are very short and frequently ask for information already received. I have asked for a good phone number, however they have not provided one. I called a couple numbers found online and at the BBB sight, however there is no answer or machine just says leave message, which I have but not received return call. Ultimately I want a new lift for this chair. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

      I have now purchased 2 chairs from this company and each of them have had the same issue with the gas lift failing. The first time around was its own saga of disappointment and poor customer service, but since I have lost the order number for the second chair, they have refused to honor their warranty and send a new part. I am forced to assume they do not have an adequate way to store customer data since they apparently can't look up the order by name, card number, or address and keep asking me for an order number I have stated numerous times (politely) I do not have. When I contacted them at the end of April, I explained that I lost the order confirmation email after cleaning my inbox, and they appeared to have ghosted me as I haven't received a response to my support email since then.
