      I purchased 3 gaming chairs from this company in October. They have consistently delayed the refund and my original email to them was the day after the chairs were delivered. The arm fell off of my chair because the screw hole was damaged. I have done everything that they have requested. The chair was damaged and they were supposed to refund me the full amount and still continued to make excuses. They have even since changed their return policy. This company is horrible and I wish I had checked here prior to ordering. All 3 chairs are garbage and wish I could get money back for all of them. However, the 1 chair is the only one with unfixable damage upon receipt. They advised they would refund July 14th and since then all emails have gone unanswered and I have not received my refund. This company should be shut down.

      Ordered a chair for my husband for Christmas. He’s had it 6 months and the whole base is completely warped. I tried to contact them so many times through every single contact I can find. It took weeks and I finally got a response that basically said it was our fault and they can’t help us. This is unacceptable. Upon research they’ve done this to many people whose chairs are completely bend and warped. This company is scamming customers and shouldn’t be in business.

      I ordered a chair from Ewinracing and while originally the chair I was wanting didn't stock or ship out in the timeline I was expecting, the service team was initially very helpful in helping me pick out the one I did like that they did ship immediately. This was a wonderful solution and I didn't mind paying extra money despite the model we settled on being cheaper. The chair I purchased, originally, was $366. I find this to be reasonable for the specifications I was needing. Where the issue comes in, is that the chair didn't end up working for me. Not for any fault of the chair, the dimensions simply didn't suit. However, when I contacted Ewinracing to try and send it back, they withheld the return shipping label/address, and refuse to help me figure out how to dissemble the last stuck components. They won't let me return it otherwise, still withholding the label, and are blaming me for being unable to dissemble industry-grade pieces when I don't own any tools, and it was described as being something you could put together in home. I would like to have the chair returned, either as much as I could dissemble it, or with someone's help, and get my money back. Their return policy states nothing about stuck parts.

      Purchased gaming chair in May 2022 from ewin racing for $295 receipt attached Their website states that they provide 2 year warranty In June 2023 the reclining mechanism got stalled which resulted in a break of a screw holding the back of the chair. I contacted ewin racing asking for repair – they initially asked me to pay for replacement parts, so I asked for them to be provided under warranty Then they said that it is my fault and stopped responding to my emails

      Purchase of Ewin Racing Flash XL Chair, full retail price $499.99, got it on sale for $349, purchased on Feb 13th 2023. The chair failed and broke on May 5th. With in 90 Days of purchased, during light use at home. The chair has a weight limit of 550 pounds state on their website with a full manufactory warranty. I weight, 390 lbs, and well within the limit of the chair. The chair was never reclined or adjusted in use, as I told them. The company only states it broke is due to excessive force, and therefore not covered by the warranty, there was no trying to work it out, only I'm at fault. I was seeking a repair or replacement part of the chair. I sent them in photos of the chair leaning, and then eventually a better angle of where the failure occurred, they dismissed the issue, due to a stated, since historically a quality fail is both sides and not 1 side. The part that is broken is under a 2-year warranty, and the rest of the chair has the same and up to a 10-year warranty on other parts of it. The initial complaint filed with them on their website went unanswered, and the second complaint to their service email was answered. Both times they said there was too much external force applied to their chair. I feel they are running a misleading ad on their big and tall chair line the Flash XL, and have influencers running campaigns for them about standing by their product, yet when there is an issue, they are only blaming their customers. There is no problem solving or working with me on possible solutions. Just immediately blaming me. I did state that I the previous chair I had bought lasted 6 years, and didn't have any mechanical failures.

      2023-02-08 538$ a warranty to fix my chair customer service has been ignoring me for months on this customer service refusing to honor the warranty and false advertisement on the website they have not resolved the problem they will not reach back out to my emails or live chat ive been trying for months i have to use the chair for work and its been causing me a ton of back pain and distress order number is ********* we had bought 2 chairs one for my wife and one for me. the false advertisement comes in where you buy a chair it claims it comes with a metal base but my wifes came with plastic and as for my chair its rated for 550lbs witch i am a 320lb man the hydrualics quit and the part you sit on broke so the back of the chair has a sever lean and im sure it has ruined the other parts of the chair causing pressure in spots where the chair shoulding causing my chair to break more and more im getting ready to send a drs bill to have my back looked at. if this continues ill be looking for damages related to my back pain in the pics my chair is the one that leans and the clear break and the screenshots are of the add for the chair we bought my wife it says base type is 5-star wide aluminum base and you can tell its the same page if you check the urls in both screen shots her chair came with a nylon base

      I purchased an E-win an E-win 2.0 gaming setup from E-Win Racing on March 9, 2023. The set was to include an E-win 2.0 gaming table which included controllable lights on the sides and legs of the table, controlled by a desktop control panel. On their website, at the time, showed 4 pictures. Two pictures showing a table with desktop controls and 2 without desktop controls. Below the pictures is a video showing desktop controls and a description of how the table is customizable. Next to the video is a statement, "Video for reference only: since our desks keep upgrading, the desk you received will be slightly different groin the one in the video, please be subject to the pictures." After receiving and seeing up the table, I noticed the table looks very divergent from the photos and had no controls like 2 of the pictures and video showed. I could not figure out how to get the lights to work like the video showed, so I emailed them to ask if I had set up the table correctly, as the instructions are extremely vague. Frustrated, I explained that the desk did not work a shown and that I would like a satisfactory resolution. They would not cater and have since REMOVED the 2 pics of the table with controls.

      The chair I purchased came with a warranty. I have made multiple attempts to contact Ewin in regards to receiving assistance with an issue with the chair frame, but they have not responded. I would appreciate being contacted to resolve the issue with my chair.

      Order: ********* placed on April 1st, 2022. I paid $161 for an 'EWin Knight Series Ergonomic Computer Gaming Office Chair with Pillows.' It was on sale and is normally priced at $230 Mid November the chair started to get uncomfortable. By early December it was more comfortable for me to sit in a cheap wooden chair for an hour then that chair for 10 minutes. I first contacted the company via the contact form on the website about the problem, I forget the exact day but it was at least a month before I sent the first email. There was no response so on February 12 I emailed them with the same complaint and information. No response so I emailed them again on Feb 21, same information and said if I don't receive a response I'll go to BBB and my state's Attorney General to file a complaint. I emailed them on February 26, same information, informing them I was going to file a complaint. I gave them 3 more days to respond and still nothing. And when I say no response I mean that they didn't even bother with an automated 'we got your email. Please give us 5-10 business days to respond' message. Overall I'm just very frustrated and disappointed with their costumer service and their product. A chair priced at $230 normally shouldn't be pretty much unusuable before its even a year old. The company has a 2 year warranty 'Ewin Racing product and components. I'm not sure if what I'm describing falls under their warranty since the chair padding wasn't specifically mentioned on their warranty page.

      I purchased two EWin Flash XL gaming chairs (invoice attached) just before the new year. Both chairs arrived sometime around January 10th, and I opened and began assembling them a week later. One chair was fine, but the second chair arrived with what appeared to be a puncture in the seat. I contacted customer service, received a single reply from a rep called "Tracy," and then heard no more after I sent my first reply. I attempted to start a new ticket on both the American and Canadian site, but received no additional communications. I am hoping that Ewin will contact me so that I can arrange for a new seat to be mailed out, and I think that's completely reasonable given the price of the chairs and the warranty claims Ewin makes.
