      I ordered this product, E-WIN Flash XL Series Ergonomic Computer Gaming Office Chair with Pillows-FLH-XL, on 2-25-2022 It was ok for like a month then the back rest and seat started to warp and lean to the side. its also very creaky and noisy. Now this chair claims to have a weight limit of 550 LBs and support people 5'7" up to 7'0"...well i am 380 and 6'4" (not close to the 550 lbs reported on the specs) I contacted support about it on 06-09-2022. The 1st person i spoke with gave little details but just that it was out of stock (which i can see on the site its still in stock being sold...) and after some back n forth told me it would be able to be replaced by the end of july-early august then told me to email another person...which i did. Still no replacement of chair, parts, or a refund which ive requested all 3 (told them idc at this point just make it right either new chair, the parts or a refund. The only way to contact them is VIA email and then waiting for a reply..the live chat on their site seems to have ZERO staff as i waited quite awhile for someone and never got anyone on it even tho i was the only person in the queue according to the chats wait line

      Purchased a chair from this company, the chair broke, They first told me it was not covered under warranty. I supplied further pictures and they told me the Tray and gas lift would be covered under warranty, but I would have to pay for the seat bottom. I agreed, but have not received a call or invoice to pay. I followed up, then they told me I had to pay for the tray and gas lift.

      I placed a pre-order on May 8th, then said to ship on May 15th. The date went from the May 15 to May 30. When the order didn't ship on May 30 and I contacted the business on May 31st, I was told by Cintia that I could have either an exchange or a refund. I responded that I wanted a refund and have not heard from the company since. I have contacted the company by e-mail several times and have not received any response there at all, including directly through their Contact Us form on the website. I want to cancel the pre-order and to be refunded.

      I purchased a gaming chair from them for my son’s Christmas gift 11/2021. We put the chair together and it will not go up or down. This company does not seem to have a working phone number. I emailed them per their website and got a reply to push down harder on the handle. We did that and it is still not working. I emailed them again to let them know this did not work and have received no reply. I would not recommend this company. Their customer service is not good and I am frustrated that they do not stand by their product and make sure it works properly. I would not purchase from them again.

      I am getting the run around on a product purchased from E-Winracing. I purchased a chair from them in November of 2020. The chair has a two year warranty. The "tray" of the chair is defective and needs to be replaced. Customer support isn't addressing the issue and is sending communication after hours in a template format without acknowledging the issue. They asked for a video showing the issue. I sent the video clearly displaying the issue and customer service says I'm not "flipping the handle correctly". If anyone would actually bother to watch the video in it's entirety you can plainly see the chair does not function with the lever in the up or down position. I've had the chair for a year, I know how to use it's features. I would not be trying to contact customer support if the chair worked properly.

      Purchased on 11/1/2021, cost $169.16 payed via PayPal. Was charged day of purchase, 11/1/2021. Stated shipping date on purchase date was 11/10/21. By 11/20 our account still showed item was being processed. I attached photos of my messages to company asking when item would be shipped. I was immediately responded to via email and told it wouldn't be shipped until mid-Dec., but I could change my order and to just send them another $80. When I read this email I went to their website and checked the promised shipping date for the product I ordered and it showed 11/22/2021, which was contradictory to their response. Twice I have asked for a refund and continue to get ignored. We have also tried calling the company three times and it either continues to ring or connects to a generic voicemail recording. I would like a refund of the item considering it has not even been shipped and due to the poor customer service we have received.
