      Ordered a chair less than a year ago. I was sent the wrong replacement parts. I have emailed the rep for 5 days after she asked me for photos to prove I have the wrong parts. This chair is useless right now because it will tear up my carpet. Photos included: picture 1 new replacement part that is too thin and goes through the base to the floor. Picture 2 original damaged part that goes in base. Photo 3 is original damage claim that was started 10/7 with rep “Tracy@ewinracing.com” Desired outcome. I would like a new chair now.

      I purchased a chair in 2020 with the understanding that the steel frame is warrantied for 10 years. On 9/14/22 I emailed their customer service department because my chair had broken at the welds in the seat frame. After providing photos, then later (10/10/22) provided further photos that show where the welds are broken, I cannot get a reply or acknowledgment that the damage is warrantied for replacement.

      We purchased the chair just over a year ago. I received the chair, and the chair was fine. The leather started to rip. a little but that's ok, that's wear and tear. Then the "tray" which is the name of the product on their warranty page on my chair broke. I tried to contact Ewin Racing multiple times from September 15th to now. I've used their customer support email form, never heard back, I've tried to call but the phone number on their google my business page is to their shipping center and those guys don't help and hang up on me. Ive tried a number the shipping center told me was their customer support number, and it lead to nobody. I've tried to contact them via social media and still nothing back. I just want to get the replacement part for my chair so I can use it again. I work from home and have been sitting in my kitchen chair for 6 weeks now.

      I purchased a gaming chair from Ewinracing.com on 5-6-2022. The chair was fine at first but soon began to lean back and to the right. I began inspecting the chair and found that the frame of the seat was broken causing it to lean heavily to one side. I reached out to Ewin and at they’re request I sent photos of the chair showing the problem on 9-22-2022. I have not received a response to that email or the 2 other follow up emails I sent looking for a update. I tried to reach out to them on Facebook and Instagram with no response from them. I now have $400 dollar chair that is broken with no resolution to getting it fixed.

      Customers service is not helpful at all and will not return messages even when you've been working with them. My chair is extremely crooked. It has never properly raised and lowered. I messaged via the website, and got replied to send back pictures. I did. again, asked send more pictures. I did. This happened a few times, until they stopped responding and completely ignored any further communication. I still have a broken chair. It is a chair claiming to hold up to 550lbs. Considering I'm under that limit it's not accurate I'd the chair became damaged so quickly. Order Number: ********* Order Date October 29th, 2021 Amount Paid $375 I first contacted them on 3/07/2022. After several messages they stop attempting to assist me. I contacted them again on 05/02/2022 To again attempt to resolve the issue. At this point even with the time frame, I fully distrust the company and product after being in contact with a friend who bought from them the same week as me who also is experiencing issues, I would like a refund more than any other resolution so I can move on from this company permanently. Thank you for your time.

      The Reclining lever teeth broke and now the chair just leans back without pulling the lever. I contacted them Trying to get a replacement piece for it. They had me send a video so I did and they told me it would be 50$ due to improper use.

      Full documentation on PayPal dispute form #**************. I placed the order online with E-Win 9/7/22 @ 9PM MT. I realized the order was a duplicate and sent an email to the company on 9/7/22 @ 9:35PM. I received confirmation that they received the message immediately after I sent it.

      The next day, 9/8/22 I received confirmation from E-Win that the order was placed. I sent a message advising them again that the order should be cancelled. I also started a dispute with PayPal at the same time. PayPal also forwarded my concerns to E-Win. All correspondence and supporting electronic documentation is attached to PayPal dispute form.

      On 9/9/2022 I received confirmation and a FedEx tracking number from E-Win that the order had been shipped and would arrive 9/12/22. I checked the tracking number and the chair was in transit from the FedEx hub in Ohio to the FedEx hub that serves Rio Rancho, New Mexico. I sent a message to E-Win through PayPal again telling them the order should have been cancelled and asking them to reroute the order back to them since it was still in transit. That can only be done by the shipper but is standard practice. I didn't hear back from them until the night of 9/12/22 to tell me they couldn't cancel it but I should receive it and return it. The chair had already delivered by this time.

      I messaged them again through the PayPal dispute messaging advising them I wanted a call tag issued or a pre-paid return label for me to take it to the carrier. I was not paying return freight for an order they should have cancelled. I asked them on the 12th to have resolution by 9/16 or I would escalate. I have not heard back from them and the PayPal dispute message I sent shows they hadn't opened my message from 9/12. I escalated the dispute with PayPal on the 16th and am now advising you.

      I purchased on of ewin's pink desks with the RGB lighting and it arrived damaged and the lights don't work properly. The product was advertised as coming with a headphone holder, a game controller stand, and a large gaming mouse pad, but it didn't come with any of these things. The seller is non-responsive. The desk was advertised as being high quality and carbon fibre, but it is made of cheap plywood. I would like a full or partial refund considering that the quality of the product is below it's advertised quality, and it is missing several of the pieces it was advertised as coming with. I also reported this seller through Paypal and advise others to do the same to have them removed from Paypal, which will further prevent future customers from trusting this company.

      I ordered a chair from ewinracing.com, most were listed as sold out, but the option I chose said same day shipping. After waiting a few days I contacted their support, only to be greeted with an unpleasant, unsatisfactory email which told me to wait 10 days. Once the 10 days were up, I contacted support once again about the issue, only to be greeted with the same exact email. I then demanded someone contact me with information, and was then greeted by what seemed to be an actual person, asking for my order number. Upon giving them my order number, a day passed, and that person once again sent me the same email I had received twice prior. The chair is now set to be delivered the first week of September, but my hopes are low. On top of it all, they charged me the first day of purchase. so now I'm waiting in hopes that they will honor the order without stealing my money.

      I prurchased this chair in 2020 cant remeber the month so but I do know it is outrside of the regular waarranty according to their website which is two years. Th issue that I have with the chair that I purchased from them is that the frame had damage and nfor frame damage it is a 10 year replacemet warranty. I had reached out to the customer service and they immediattly reached back out and stated that they need pictures. I sent them the pictures and they determine that the reason on why the chair leaned to the side was because of the lower half being damaged and since it is not frame damage which they cannot verify they will not send me out a replacement. I reach back out to them a week later after the problem had got worse and I stated to them that this is most definitely frame damage and that it should be honored under their warranty of 10 years frame damage. They neglected to respond for almost a month and till this day have not responded and are avoiding the issue for me. This is unacceptable they were tying to offer to replace the lower half for $150 the first time I reached out to them but when I reached out again they never responded to the issue when I mentioned about their 10 year frame replacement. This chair is causing back problems as the lumbar is no longer supported due to the chair leaning and the chair retracting back on its own.
