              Absolutely abysmal customer service. Price of policy was mis***resented ***eatedly. Promised refund for overcharges was never received. Had to send paperwork multiple times to cancel two policies, including one I never agreed to open. After finally stopping payment through my bank, the policies were closed. Keep getting ***eated phone calls from various ************** even after advising I wish no further contact. Requests to speak to a supervisor/higher up are denied and then the *** just hangs up

              Be careful and do not enter into any kind of commitment with this insurance company. It is an absolute fraud. I have tried to cancel my account several times and there is no way to get this company to cooperate. The reason is that every month they take away the money that I have accumulated over about 10 years. The catch is that there is no way to cancel that account. I have been trying to cancel for months. I sent the document that I had to sign to cancel and that indicated how I wanted to receive my money, I sent it certified mail, with a tracking number, and when I called to ask them why I kept receiving letters from them about matters that had nothing to do with the cancellation, they told me it was because I had not canceled the account. In addition, they told me that because I did not cancel the account, they kept taking money from what I had accumulated, they said they had not received my correspondence, or that maybe I had gone to another service department of the company. The eternal game of this company is that it is never possible to cancel the account. They will continue this game until they exhaust the accumulated money. Also, I never received the policy, that is, the certificate, I never received it. They never sent it. It's a complete scam. I'm just giving them one star, but they really don't deserve even one.
